AgileEngine is seeking a Senior/Lead Data Engineer to build and maintain pipelines and data models for a centralized HR data warehouse. You will work with Snowflake, DBT, Python, and Airflow to create semantic layers for BI tools and AI agents.

Ideal candidates have experience with Snowflake Cortex or MCP-based tooling, and a strong focus on data quality, uptime, and security in a cloud environment.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering or similar.
• Experience with Snowflake data warehouse design and modeling.
• Proficient in DBT for transformations and Python scripting.
• Airflow for orchestrating pipelines and REST API data ingestion.
• Strong SQL skills and data quality/documentation practices.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain secure data pipelines using DBT, PySpark, and Python.
• Build infrastructure for ETL of data from diverse sources using Python, DBT, Terraform, and AWS tools.
• Monitoring pipelines to maintain high uptime and creating data models for partner teams.
• Design semantic views atop dbt models to make HR data consumable by BI/AI tools.
• Develop AI agents and MCP connections to enable natural-language querying over HR data.
