Job summary

Amadeus IT Group Colombia, S.A.S. is seeking a Principal Customer Success Manager in Bogota to drive adoption and value realization for customers across our solutions.

You will partner with CIO/COO level stakeholders, build and execute success plans, and coordinate with Sales, Product, and Delivery to maximize renewals and growth. You will monitor usage metrics, deliver dashboards, and advocate for customer needs across Amadeus to align deployments with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of customer success or related experience with enterprise customers.
• Ability to understand customer business goals and map them to solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Own the Distribution customer success plan and drive adoption.
• Co-create success plans with buyers and key stakeholders.
• Set expectations on engagement model and map stakeholders.
• Lead go-live readiness and post-launch reviews with executives.
• Monitor key metrics, drive actions to improve adoption and satisfaction.
• Identify upsell opportunities and coordinate with Sales & AM.
