Job summary

Amadeus IT Group Colombia, S.A.S. seeks a Manager, Delivery Management to own end-to-end delivery of Amadeus solutions for assigned airline customers. You will coordinate Delivery, Operations, Product, Account Management and implementation teams with customer stakeholders to keep initiatives on track.

You will monitor KPIs, manage changes, and ensure service readiness, governance, and compliant delivery across multiple teams, driving customer satisfaction post-implementation.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in airline IT delivery with PSS domains.
• Excellent at driving complex implementations with customers.
• Clear communication, prioritization and problem-solving.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years in project delivery or solution integration.
• PM/ITIL certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver contracted services end-to-end with proper planning and governance.
• Coordinate internal teams and airline stakeholders across initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and address deviations or risks proactively.
• Lead governance meetings and executive updates; manage escalations.
• Ensure readiness, handovers and clear communication across parties.
