Job summary

Insightful is a market-leading platform for workforce analytics. We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to serve as the main contact for our LATAM customers and drive adoption, expansion, and renewals.

You will lead onboarding, run regular business reviews, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with product and support teams to ensure maximum value and retention across the region.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven sales/business development/account management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English (C1).
• Proficiency in Portuguese.
• Experience with CSPs and customer engagement platforms.
• Previous experience in SaaS/software industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding activities for new customers in LATAM, including kickoff and adoption monitoring.
• Conduct regular meetings to understand evolving needs, driving adoption and growth.
• Identify expansion opportunities and drive upsell and renewals.
• Own churn prevention, renewals forecasting, and revenue retention.
• Be a product expert and liaison between customers and internal teams.
