Job summary

Amadeus in Bogotá is seeking an Integration Consulting Analyst to design and implement customer setups for projects, migrations and decommissioning, delivering billable consultancy and ensuring successful product adoption.

You will work autonomously within defined processes, support sales for integration matters, provide consulting, and coordinate with stakeholders across Amadeus domains to ensure smooth implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience implementing complex IT products.
• Accountability, autonomy and proactivity.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, team environment.
• Willing to relate and work closely with all stakeholders.
• Communication skills for issue resolution.
• Can adapt to different situations and demands.
• Travel industry knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement customer setup for integrations, migrations and decommissioning.
• Provide billable consultancy to improve business performance.
• Support sales with integration matters (demos, analyses, proposals).
• Provide consulting and problem resolution across Amadeus systems and client platforms.
• Coordinate integration schedules and deliver status reports to management.
• Post-implementation consultancy to ensure high product adoption.
