Job summary

Amadeus IT Group Colombia, S.A.S. is seeking a Senior Customer Success Specialist to help customers maximize value from hospitality distribution solutions.

You will collaborate with customers to understand goals, provide guidance, and promote best practices to drive adoption and retention. You will work with cross-functional teams and Customer Success Managers to ensure a strong post-sales experience, build trusted relationships, and identify opportunities for growth while supporting renewals

Qualifications

• Act as a product expert to guide customers through troubleshooting with internal teams.
• Monitor success by tracking metrics, anticipate challenges and drive outcomes.
• Build strong relationships through regular engagement and business reviews.
• Support retention and growth by contributing to renewals and identifying opportunities.
