Job summary

WITHIN is seeking a Senior Creative Lead in Bogotá to drive digital narratives with a multidisciplinary approach. You will ideate, design, and craft high-impact content for paid and organic social channels, while guiding AI-assisted production and working closely with clients and teams.

You have 5–6 years of experience, a strong digital ad portfolio, and proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. The role is fully in-office in Bogotá and emphasizes fast, collaborative production.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience in paid and organic social content production.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital content creation.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with generative AI for image and video production.
• Understanding of social media trends and brand narratives.

Responsibilities

• Create and concept content across digital channels.
• Lead post-production including editing, retouching and QA.
• Guide AI-assisted projects from concept to delivery and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align on narratives.
• Manage multiple projects with tight schedules and iterative feedback.
