WITHIN is a Performance Branding company seeking a Senior Creative Lead in Bogotá to ideate, design, and craft client digital narratives. You will lead multi-disciplinary content creation, push brand storytelling, and apply AI-assisted workflows for efficient production.

Qualifications

5-6 years of experience creating and producing paid and organic social content.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
Strong digital design portfolio across static and motion content.
Hands-on experience with generative AI for commercial image/video production.
Understanding of the social media landscape and trends.
Ability to work both in teams and independently.

Responsibilities

Create content from ideation to delivery, shaping client brand narratives.
Brainstorm, plan, produce, edit, and write copy for content in a lean structure.
Monitor trends and adapt them to client brands for relevance and impact.
Oversee post-production: editing, retouching, quality checks.
Manage multiple projects with tight schedules and iterative feedback.
Lead AI-assisted projects from concept to final delivery and refine workflows.
