Job summary

Within is a leading Performance Branding agency blending creative and AI to drive client outcomes. The AI Creative Specialist will own generative image and video workflows, collaborating with design and strategy teams to deliver high-fidelity visuals and scalable internal tooling.

You will refine prompts, test models, and ensure brand integrity across paid social, digital, and print campaigns, working on-site in Bogota with a strong emphasis on collaboration and quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a creative production or AI-focused role delivering AI-generated content for commercial use.
• Proficiency with multiple AI generation platforms and workflows.
• Strong design sense and ability to align AI outputs with brand styles.
• Experience with prompt crafting, model selection, and workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

• Generate AI-produced image and video assets for client campaigns.
• Collaborate with Motion Graphics Designers, Video Editors, and Graphic Designers to embed AI assets into deliverables.
• Develop and refine prompts, architectures, reference libraries, and reusable presets.
• Help maintain and improve internal AI tools, test releases, and document workflows.
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across a variety of use cases (paid social, digital, print).
