• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Familiarity with Asana and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Bachelor's degree in related field required.

Responsabilidades

• Regularly use project management tools and documentation (Asana, Google Drive, status docs and trackers).
• Coordinate AI integration and keep communication and updates visible to teams.
• Schedule team meetings with clear agendas and goals.
• Capture meeting notes and consolidate feedback.
• Facilitate cross-department communication (Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, Production).
• Foresee problems and proactively identify solutions.
• Oversee planning for expanding projects and manage designer/editor schedules.
• Support pitches for new business and assist Sr. PM on larger clients.
