Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Designer, ideally in digital/advertising.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital design and advertising materials.
• Experience managing all stages from concept to final execution.
• Excellent typography, grid systems, interaction design, and visual storytelling.
• Fluent English communication for global teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation of style proposals, concept mockups, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with marketing and production to meet brand guidelines.
• Continue to enhance art direction and provide innovative ideas.
• Translate briefs into thorough design briefs for execution.
• Ensure pixel-perfect design for static and motion content.
• Mentor junior designers and manage multiple projects in parallel.
