Job summary

WITHIN is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to lead digital design initiatives for a marketing agency. You will oversee the design process, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality assets that align with client branding across social, web, and email campaigns.

The role requires strong leadership, a solid portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. This on-site position offers health benefits, stipends, and professional development opportunities in Bogotá.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience collaborating with teams and working independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communication.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer focusing on digital design, with leadership capacity.
• Strong portfolio of digital design projects showing typography, color theory, layout.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Understanding of design principles, visual hierarchy, and branding.
• Experience in UX/UI design and web development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design process from concept to delivery, meeting timelines and client expectations.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop design strategies aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create digital marketing assets (social media graphics, website assets, banners, emails, infographics).
• Set design standards and ensure consistent branding across platforms.
• Stay updated with design trends and tools, driving innovation in the team.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders, communicating concepts and gathering feedback.
• Coordinate with web developers and content creators to integrate assets.
• Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
