Job summary

WITHIN is seeking a Creative Project Manager to drive project workflow across Creative, Strategy, and Production teams in LATAM and US hubs. You will own internal processes, document status updates, and ensure timely delivery of client-ready work.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project management, experience with Asana and Google Suite, and a bachelor’s degree. We offer a fully remote or hybrid setup based in Bogotá, with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional project management experience.
• Familiar with Asana and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• Thrives in fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage project life cycle and workflow across teams.
• Maintain documentation and status updates in Asana and Drive.
• Schedule team meetings with clear agendas.
• Forecast risks and propose proactive solutions.
• Coordinate with Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, Production teams.
• Support Sr. PM on larger clients.
