Job summary

WITHIN in Bogota, Colombia is hiring a Creative Account Manager to run day-to-day for consumer brand clients, delivering on time and on scope with measurable results.

You will own client communications, lead end-to-end creative rounds across static, video and UGC, manage scope and pricing, and work with the media team to evaluate performance. This in-office role requires staying close to clients and teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in account management with creative teams.
• Experience with consumer brands (DTC, retail, ecommerce).
• Experience shipping paid social and digital creative (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
• Based in Bogota, Colombia; stable job history.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication and relationships on each account.
• Lead end-to-end creative rounds across static, video, and UGC.
• Define contract scope, turnaround commitments, and overage terms; flag scope creep.
• Analyze creative performance with the media team and propose next tests.
• Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and build cases with leadership.
• Leverage AI to improve briefs, feedback, recaps, and research.
• Maintain clear project ownership and due dates in project management.
