Medtronic Colombia, Bogota is seeking a Senior HR Shared Services Specialist to transform Global Compensation Operations into a scalable, automated, and insight-driven function. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Finance, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Compensation Operations, HR Operations, HRIS, auditing, analytics, or process improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization skills.
• 4 years of experience creating dashboards, reports, automated workflows, and controls.
• Knowledge of enterprise systems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, or SuccessFactors.
• Experience with automation and analytics tools (Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, Python, AI tools, or similar).
• Understanding of audit, compliance, risk, and governance principles.
• Proven ability to collaborate across global, cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
