Numerator seeks a Manager, Global Compensation to lead our global compensation programs and philosophy from Bogotá. You will build on a strong foundation, simplifying processes, strengthening consistency, and helping leaders and employees understand and apply our compensation philosophy.

Located in our Bogotá, Colombia office, this is a hybrid position. You will partner with Talent leadership, the CHRO, Finance, and Legal to ensure decisions and communications are aligned and practical.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive compensation or total rewards experience with strong knowledge of market pricing, salary structures, job architecture, leveling, benchmarking, pay equity, modeling, and annual compensation processes.

Responsabilidades

• Evolve & enable Numerator’s global compensation philosophy.
• Simplify & strengthen global processes across markets.
• Lead & develop the Compensation team with clear direction and accountability.
• Educate & communicate to leaders and employees; translate complex changes into clear communications.
• Apply data, modeling, internal equity, and business judgment to practical compensation solutions.
• Partner with Talent leadership, CHRO, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to align decisions and communications.
