Medtronic seeks a Supply Chain Data Solutions Architect in Bogota to lead data programs across Global Operations & Supply Chain. You will be a hands-on leader, shaping design and implementation of data solutions from idea through deployment, coordinating teams and ensuring value realization for multiple GO-SC domains.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, enterprise data management, and scalable digital transformation within a matrixed global environment.

Formación

• Seven years of relevant Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, and Business Data Management domain experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Domain expertise in multiple functional areas of Global Operations & Supply Chain plus broader practical experience across Enterprise Data systems.
• Demonstrated expertise supporting an Enterprise Data Management function that enabled tangible business outcomes.
• Experience in product manufacturing-based industry and in solutions design and architecture for scalable digital transformation.
• Experience in a large-scale, matrixed global environment with multiple operating units and aligned standards.
• Proficiency with ERP, Advanced Planning, PLM/Data Governance, Data Visualization/BI, Shop Floor, Warehouse Management, Regulatory/Trade.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership, lead, and deliver benefits of key GO-SC Data programs and initiatives.
• Design, solve, and select effective data solutions for short and long-term data challenges.
• Communicate with leaders and partners to raise awareness of major initiatives and influence prioritization.
• Develop full-scale project plans with milestones and resource requirements.
• Create and coordinate project teams and monitor resource allocation.
• Report progress and KPIs while escalating risks and issues for resolution.
• Grow knowledge base and experience in GO-SC Data processes.
