Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 5+ years of experience building and testing OTBI/BI Publisher reports.
• Experience with HR processes or HR data.
• Strong Excel for data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain HR reports and dashboards.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.
• Support HR reporting across Payroll, Time, and Benefits.
• Analyze data quality and compliance.
• Test, validate, and troubleshoot reporting results.
• Train users and maintain reporting security.
• Support workforce analytics and KPI dashboards.
