Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Finance, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field.
• 4 years of experience in Compensation Operations, HR Operations, HRIS, auditing, analytics, or process improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and process optimization skills.
• 4 years of experience creating dashboards, reports, automated workflows, and controls.
• Knowledge of Workday, SAP, Oracle, or SuccessFactors.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, Python, AI tools or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design and automate compensation audits, controls, and validation processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and process optimization.
• Build dashboards, reports, and metrics to monitor operational performance and compliance.
• Analyze trends, risks, and audit findings to drive corrective actions.
• Partner with Compensation, HRIS, Payroll, IT, and business teams to implement scalable solutions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that reduce manual work and operational risk.
