Job summary

Auxis LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to ensure all payables, travel & expense, and vendor control transactions are processed efficiently in line with service levels and contracts. You will work with the Migration Team to transition BPO functions to Auxis' Costa Rica Service Center and support future process design and technology deployment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with certifications a plus.
3+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role with progressive responsibilities.
Extensive knowledge of accounts payable principles, practices, and procedures.
Proficient in using accounting software and ERP systems, with Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Review, process, and code invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring policy compliance.
Verify invoices for documentation, approvals, and GL coding accuracy.
Resolve complex issues and discrepancies in invoices, payments, and vendor accounts.
Coordinate with vendors to address inquiries and ensure timely payments.
Prepare and process payment batches (checks, wires, electronic payments).
