Auxis is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to ensure efficient processing of all payables, travel & expense, and vendor control transactions. You will work with the Migration Team on transitioning processes to Auxis Costa Rica and support process design and technology deployment.

You will review invoices, ensure proper GL coding, and collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT to improve accuracy, efficiency and compliance across AP operations.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in accounts payable or similar finance role.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance; professional certification is a plus.
• Proficient with accounting software and ERP; advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review, process, and code invoices accurately per policies.
• Verify invoices with proper documentation and GL coding.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor account issues.
• Coordinate with vendors to address inquiries and payments.
• Prepare and process payment batches (checks, wires, electronic payments).
• Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Analyze accounts payable data and report insights to management.
• Assist in AP policies, controls, and cross‑functional process improvements.
• Support audits with documentation and audit inquiries.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline AP processes.
