Zusammenfassung

Auxis seeks an Accounts Payable Leader to establish the BPO operations for a multinational client with US operations. You will oversee transition activities to the Costa Rica Service Center and support process design, organizational design, and technology deployment for AP services.

You will supervise the AP team, ensure timely invoicing and payments, manage vendor relationships, and drive process improvements while maintaining strong financial controls.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in accounts payable with leadership responsibilities.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Bilingual English/Spanish (oral and written).
• Strong understanding of accounting practices, controls, and compliance.

Aufgaben

• Lead the establishment of AP BPO operations for a multinational with US operations.
• Coordinate transition of AP functions to Auxis’ Costa Rica Service Center.
• Oversee day-to-day AP activities including invoicing, payments, and exceptions.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships and ensure compliance with controls.
• Support audits and provide reporting and analytics.
