Zusammenfassung

Auxis LLC in Bogotá is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the receipt, coding, posting and verification of invoices in line with policies and SLAs. You will process payments, reconcile vendor accounts and support month-end activities.

As part of the Migration Team, you will help transition BPO functions to the Costa Rica Service Center, contribute to process design and work with procurement and finance to improve efficiency and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CAPA or similar certification is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in accounts payable or similar role.

Aufgaben

• Review, process, and code invoices accurately per policy.
• Verify invoices with documentation, approvals, and GL coding.
• Resolve discrepancies and issues related to invoices, payments, and vendor accounts.
• Coordinate with vendors to address inquiries and ensure timely payments.
• Process payment batches (checks, wires, electronic payments) and reconcile vendor statements.
• Assist month-end close and support audits and internal controls.
