Job summary

Auxis LLC is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and vendor statements. You will work with our Migration Team to support the Costa Rica service center and help design efficient AP processes.

You will code invoices, verify GL accounts, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with procurement and IT to improve controls and automation. The role requires 3+ years in AP, a finance degree, English/Spanish proficiency, and strong Excel

Qualifications

• English - Spanish language proficiency (B2+ or above).
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; relevant certifications a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in accounts payable or similar finance role.
• Proficient in accounting software and ERP; strong Excel skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Review, process, and code invoices accurately per policies.
• Verify invoices have proper documentation and GL coding.
• Resolve discrepancies in invoices, payments, and vendor accounts.
• Coordinate with vendors for inquiries and timely payments.
• Prepare payment batches including checks and electronic payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Assist in AP policy design and process improvements.
