Clara Lending Co. is hiring a Security Engineer to own AI security posture, lead security workstreams, and mentor engineers. The role focuses on building safe AI usage, cloud security across AWS/GCP, secure-by-default patterns, and incident leadership.

You will work with Splunk, SAST/CI‑CD tools, and security controls aligned with PCI DSS and ISO 27001. The team operates in a fast-paced fintech environment across the Americas.

Formación

• Hands-on production experience in security engineering or a closely related role.
• Strong practical knowledge of AWS and/or GCP security concepts.
• Experience with SIEM and EDR platforms and investigation workflows.
• Working knowledge of LLM-based systems and agent usage in security.

Responsabilidades

• Own the AI security posture and lead security workstreams.
• Threat-model AI systems and design guardrails for safe adoption.
• Secure code, CI/CD, and application security across the stack.
• Lead detection, response, and incident leadership efforts.
• Map controls to PCI DSS and ISO 27001 requirements.
