Clara is seeking a Tech Lead for the Users & Auth team to own architecture, design, and end-to-end delivery. This hands-on builder role focuses on authentication, authorization, identity, and access control, with strong collaboration with product to shape priorities and scope.

The ideal candidate is aStaff+ level technical leader with 6+ years in software engineering, deep backend expertise, and a mindset for AI-powered engineering.

Formación

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with a senior technical voice
• Hands-on Builder who writes code and reviews
• Strong architecture and system-design judgment for complex domains
• Strong product sense and ability to weigh what to build and why
• Backend-focused, with solid frontend knowledge in React; Java/Spring core

Responsabilidades

• Own architecture and system design within your team's domain and write code
• Own sprint planning, standups, backlog grooming, and velocity metrics
• Set and uphold engineering excellence with code reviews and test coverage
• Unblock the team through reviews, pairing, and debugging
• Own product specs from a technical lens and flag feasibility gaps
• Own system health: security, scalability, performance and availability
