8020REI is seeking an SDR Manager to lead the SDR team, own the number from first touch through qualified pipeline, and build the system that powers the sales engine. You will hire, coach, and review reps, manage dialer, outreach sequences, and CRM, and report on progress weekly.

• 4–7 years in B2B sales with at least 2 years managing reps.
• Experience leading a cold-calling team and building the sales system.
• SaaS/B2B selling experience to professional buyers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the SDR team and drive the number from first touch to pipeline.
• Own the three channels: Cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
• Build and maintain the dialer, sequences, CRM, and reporting systems.
• Coach reps using call recordings and live feedback.
• Ensure reps stay on the live list and maintain pipeline quality.
