8020REI is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to drive a high-growth pipeline from a fully remote location. You will own re-engagement, nurture strategies, and mentoring initiatives while partnering with Account Executives to accelerate deals.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales development or inside sales, quota-driven.
• Experience in B2B or SaaS environments is required.
• Excellent English communication, able to engage senior-level prospects.

Responsibilities

• Cold outbound prospecting to build new pipeline with high volume and quality.
• Nurture warm leads and re-engage stalled opportunities across channels.
• Qualify prospects and ensure alignment with ICP and buying intent.
• Develop playbooks and sequences for re-engagement and nurturing.
• Support Account Executives with follow-ups and deal acceleration.
• Analyze campaign data to improve conversion rates.
