Caseware is seeking an Incident Commander to lead critical incident response for our SaaS operations. You will act as the authoritative voice during incidents, guiding resolution, coordinating across engineering, product, and support, and ensuring clear post-incident documentation for customers.

The role requires extensive incident management experience in SaaS, strong communication, and deep understanding of cloud environments (AWS).

Formación

• 5+ years of experience managing critical incidents in SaaS environments.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud environments (e.g. AWS) and DevOps practices.
• Proven ability to lead teams in rapid incident resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Initiate and oversee incident response, acting as primary bridge within a 24/7 SaaS environment.
• Collaborate with engineers, product management, and support teams.
• Implement and monitor incident tooling (JIRA, PagerDuty, New Relic, AWS).
• Drive teams to resolve incidents quickly and communicate updates clearly.
