Veho is seeking a Coordinator in Bogotá, Colombia to support Pre & Post Route Operations, driver inquiries, and central live adjustments for packages and routes. This contractor role offers hands-on involvement with Ground Ops and Logistics teams to optimize deliveries and payments.

You will be the first contact for driver issues, collaborating with Veho management to implement new processes and improvements, in a fast-paced startup environment with growth opportunities.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Zendesk, Chekr and Slack is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for driver issues and internal team needs.
• Solve complex problems with attention to detail for drivers and operations.
• Handle emails, review background checks and manage internal requests.
• Assist with responsibilities outside of day-to-day tasks and contribute to process improvements.
