Veho Bogotá is seeking a Coordinator within the Pre & Post Route Operations to support driver partners with inquiries about payment, routes, accounts, and a variety of other topics. You will also support our Ground Ops and Logistics organizations, serving as a central support center for making necessary package and route adjustments live.

Compensation and schedule reflect a contractor arrangement, with emphasis on strong communication, detail orientation, and ability to navigate multiple systems

• Respond to emails; review background checks and handle internal request tasks.
• Assist, as needed, with responsibilities outside of the normal day-to-day tasks.
• Work with Veho management to develop and implement new processes and improvements to existing processes.

About The Role

As a Coordinator within the Pre & Post Route Operations organization, you will support driver partners with inquiries about payment, routes, accounts, and a variety of other topics. You will also support our Ground Ops and Logistics organizations, serving as a central support center for making necessary package and route adjustments live.

Compensation & Schedule:

• 26K COP per hour.
• We have schedules starting at the following times:
• Various schedules
• All schedules include work on weekends, holidays, and overnights.
• Schedules include 5 shifts & 2 days off per week.

What you’ll do:

• Be the first point of contact for driver issues and internal team needs
• Solve complex problems with a focus on detail to serve both driver partners and internal operations teams
• Respond to emails; review background checks and handle internal request tasks
• Assist, as needed, with responsibilities outside of the normal day-to-day tasks
• Work with Veho management to develop and implement new processes and improvements to existing processes

What You Bring:

• Ability to quickly navigate technology, multitasking with multiple systems
• Work well in a fast-paced environment that is, at times, has high incoming email/chat volumes
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Detail orientation
• Experienced with Zendesk, Chekr, Slack (nice to have)
