Veho is hiring a Lead Logistics Coordinator in Bogotá, Colombia, overseeing shift-level logistics operations. You will coordinate a cross-shift team, manage escalations with urgency, and drive improvements in processes and workflows.

Formación

• 2+ years in a logistics or operations leadership role, with ownership of escalations beyond day-to-day shipment execution.
• Strong decision-making under pressure and ability to own shift-level issues.
• Confident communication with brokers, carriers, and clients.
• Experience building or improving processes, workflows, or SOPs.
• Ability to read performance data (e.g., Sigma) and translate into actionable feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Organize and lead the logistics coordination team across shifts, ensuring coverage across regions.
• Manage high-level escalations and serve as escalation point for shift-level issues.
• Identify operational gaps and training needs across the team.
• Help build and maintain team workflows, playbooks, and standard procedures.
