Veho Bogotá is seeking a Coordinator within the Pre & Post Route Operations to support driver partners with inquiries about payment, routes, accounts, and a variety of other topics. You will also support our Ground Ops and Logistics organizations, serving as a central support center for making necessary package and route adjustments live.

Compensation and schedule reflect a contractor arrangement, with emphasis on strong communication, detail orientation, and ability to navigate multiple systems

Formación

• Experience with customer support tools (Zendesk) and collaboration platforms (Slack).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for driver issues and internal team needs.
• Solve complex problems with a focus on detail to serve both driver partners and internal operations teams.
• Respond to emails; review background checks and handle internal request tasks.
• Assist, as needed, with responsibilities outside of the normal day-to-day tasks.
• Work with Veho management to develop and implement new processes and improvements to existing processes.
