Veho is seeking a Coordinator in Bogotá, Colombia to support Pre & Post Route Operations, driver inquiries, and central live adjustments for packages and routes. This contractor role offers hands-on involvement with Ground Ops and Logistics teams to optimize deliveries and payments.

You will be the first contact for driver issues, collaborating with Veho management to implement new processes and improvements, in a fast-paced startup environment with growth opportunities.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Zendesk, Chekr and Slack is a plus.

About The Role

As a Coordinator within the Pre & Post Route Operations organization, you will support driver partners with inquiries about payment, routes, accounts, and a variety of other topics. You will also support our Ground Ops and Logistics organizations, serving as a central support center for making necessary package and route adjustments live.

Compensation & Schedule:

• 26K COP per hour.
• We have schedules starting at the following times:

What you’ll do:

• Be the first point of contact for driver issues and internal team needs
• Solve complex problems with a focus on detail to serve both driver partners and internal operations teams
• Respond to emails; review background checks and handle internal request tasks
• Assist, as needed, with responsibilities outside of the normal day-to-day tasks
• Work with Veho management to develop and implement new processes and improvements to existing processes

• Work well in a fast-paced environment that is, at times, has high incoming email/chat volumes
