Role and Responsibilities

Key Job Responsibilities

• Analyze store sales data to identify low performing KPIs (Key Performance Index) of the retailers and participate in the proposal of collaboration to retailers
• Carry out retail mapping to select the stores with the highest growth potential with retailers to achieve the maximum return on investment
• Analyze to determine the most suitable products to display in stores based on retail mapping and the sales characteristics of each store

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field
• At least 8 years of experience in strategy and POS execution, Vendors control, KV development and execution
• Budget Management according to target, CP recover based on ROS of activities
• Promotors Team training and reduce promotors Turnover, develop channels strategy and execution side by side with PM heads
• Experience training sales teams on product strategy, key selling points, and product differentiation, translating technical information into clear, conversational sales messages.
• Experience implementing brand strategies at the point of sale to drive sell-out, with a focus on execution, performance tracking, and measurable results
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
