Job summary

Samsung Electronics in Bogotá seeks a TV Retail Marketing Manager to maximize sell-outs through dealer partnerships and optimized store SKUs. You will drive premium product upsell and manage inventory to reduce faults and obsolescence.

You will lead data-driven analyses of store performance, map high-growth retailers, and translate product strategies into compelling in-store messages and actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business administration or related field.
• 8+ years in strategy and POS execution, vendors control, KV development and execution.
• Budget management aligned to targets and ROS-based CP recovery.
• Experience training sales teams on product strategy and messaging.
• Brand strategy implementation at POS with measurable results and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sell-outs by working with dealers at store level.
• Strengthen profit-based upselling by optimizing SKU for each store.
• Minimize faulty products and obsolete inventory through store inventory management.
• Analyze store sales data to identify KPIs and propose retailer collaborations.
