Publicis Global Delivery (PGD) is seeking a Resource Allocation Senior Associate to balance talent across client teams. The role requires mapping employees’ skills to business needs and ensuring the right mix of onshore and offshore talent.

The position emphasizes strong Excel capabilities, effective communication, and a proactive approach to staffing in a fast-paced environment. The role collaborates with recruitment, HR, and leadership to optimize talent strategies.

Formación

• 5 years of professional work experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Extreme proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Office.
• Eagerness to problem-solve.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage expectations.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Casting partner who understands employees’ skill sets, strengths, and weaknesses to map talent to the business.
• Ensure client teams have the right talent both onshore and offshore by partnering with leadership to understand work and client needs.
• Partner with Recruiting on open reqs, keeping them informed of changing talent needs.
• Assist and help influence staffing and casting strategies.
• Construct clear, concise, error-free communications for internal and client audiences, including timing and costs.
• Collaborate with HR, staffing and recruiting teams to develop and execute talent programs and processes.
