DOXA Talent, Inc. is seeking a Case Manager to coordinate case coverage, build vendor relationships, and ensure timely, accurate assignments. The role requires being in Colombia with remote work options and English proficiency at B2+ to C1 level.

The candidate will assign cases, contact vendors, generate and qualify new partners, and maintain a vendor database. A fast-paced, deadline-driven environment suits the ideal candidate.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree is a plus.
• At least 1 year in a call center with sales or customer service experience, fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal, written, and listening communication; time management; prioritization; data entry; attention to detail; and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and internet tools.

Responsabilidades

• Assign cases for coverage by contacting vendors.
• Make calls, emails, and texts to new and existing vendors as needed.
• Generate, research, and qualify new vendors for coverage.
• Develop and maintain a vendor database for case assignments.
• Persuade and negotiate with vendors for assignment coverage and pricing.
• Monitor the case queue and ensure assignments meet deadlines.
• Identify and escalate priority issues.
• Follow up on assignments and respond to inquiries.
