DOXA Talent, Inc. in Colombia is seeking a warm, organized Client Care & Operations Coordinator to support client management, CRM hygiene, light AR/invoicing follow-up, marketing QA, and KPI tracking across Colombian and international teams.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, with hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot preferred), strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of Human Resources experience with direct exposure to recruiting.
• 2-5 years of experience in client-facing operations, administrative coordination, or a similar support role.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish; able to conduct professional client calls in either language.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a primary contact for routine client inquiries by phone, email, and chat; support proactive check-ins and client relationship tracking.
• Maintain the Operations Check-In Tracker, service commitments, deadlines, next steps, and client coverage.
• Coordinate with the CEO, HR Business Partner, and HR Pros; resolve routine requests and escalation discipline.
• Maintain CRM records, segmentation, follow-up sequences, and basic workflows or automations.
