Job summary

Sweet Epic Travels is seeking a Remote Reservation Services Coordinator to manage and coordinate client bookings across flights, accommodations, cruises, and tours. The role involves direct client communication to confirm preferences and provide timely updates on itineraries.

You will collaborate with travel suppliers, use reservation and CRM systems, and troubleshoot issues such as schedule changes or cancellations while delivering responsive service in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Service Coordination skills, including managing multiple reservations, organizing itineraries, and ensuring seamless logistics across different travel components.
• Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build trust with clients, interact with suppliers, and convey information clearly in written and verbal formats.
• Candidates should possess Operations Management capabilities, such as handling workflows, tracking bookings, and maintaining accurate documentation in reservation and CRM systems.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and providing a positive, professional experience for travelers.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in travel planning or hospitality, proficiency with online booking platforms and standard office software, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; postsecondary education or certifications in travel, tourism, or hospitality are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple client reservations across flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and related services.
• Communicate with clients to confirm preferences and provide timely itinerary updates by email, phone, or messaging.
• Collaborate with travel suppliers and partners to verify availability and negotiate options as needed.
• Maintain organized records in reservation and CRM systems and troubleshoot schedule changes or cancellations.
• Deliver responsive, professional customer service in a remote work setup.
