Formación

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a focus on customer interaction.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Familiarity with sales administration processes and data analysis to improve client service.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the main liaison for clients through multiple channels.
• Handle insurance sales inquiries, benefits administration, and account questions.
• Conduct outbound telemarketing to promote services and identify new sales opportunities.
• Negotiate terms to meet client needs while following company policies.
• Support sales administration tasks: documents, records, client interactions.
• Analyze client data to identify trends and improve service delivery.
