Job summary

Scale Virtually LLC is seeking an experienced Virtual Transaction Coordinator based in Latin America for a fully remote role. You will own day-to-day transaction coordination for LVN Real Estate as the sole coordinator, keeping all active deals tracked, documented, and moving forward.

The role requires managing deadlines, documents, calendars, and communications across internal teams and external parties. This is a high-autonomy, is-not-an EA position with SOP-driven guidance and a strong

Qualifications

• Experience in Transaction Coordination, project coordination or operations.
• Ability to manage high-volume transactions with deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Able to work independently in a remote, async environment.
• Real estate TC experience preferred but not mandatory if transferable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the central master transaction spreadsheet as the reliable source of current information.
• Track EMD, inspection and closing dates, and other deadlines for each active transaction.
• Monitor the dedicated transaction inbox and organize communications for action.
• Coordinate responses with internal and external parties per established workflows.
• Escalate issues with context and required decisions for management.
• Maintain files in Google Drive and align calendar with the transaction tracker.
