Las Vegas Remodel & Construction is seeking a Remote Vendor & Trade Partner Coordinator to support leadership with sourcing, research, and permit coordination. This fully remote position is aimed at proactive professionals in Latin America who can communicate with architects, contractors, vendors, and municipal departments.

You will help develop an ADU program, gather subcontractor pricing, organize plan information, and track permitting.

Formación

• Must have reliable internet and a professional remote workspace.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, Construction Assistant, Project Coordinator, or Business Development Assistant preferred.
• Experience in construction/remodeling, permitting, or contractor-sourcing is strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Research, identify, and prequalify potential 1099 subcontractors and skilled trade partners.
• Conduct outreach to subcontractors in trades such as concrete, framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, stucco, flooring, and finish work.
• Gather information on trade experience, service areas, availability, licensing, insurance, tools, pricing, and project capacity.
• Help obtain and organize fixed-price or project-based subcontractor bids.
• Build and maintain directories of subcontractors, vendors, architects, draftspeople, engineers, and other pros.
• Network with architects, designers, draftspeople, general contractors, and referral partners.
• Schedule introductory calls and maintain professional follow-up.
• Support development of relationships that may generate projects or referrals.
• Assist with permit applications, document collection, submission tracking, and municipal follow-up.
• Research jurisdictional requirements within Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, and Clark County.
• Organize project information related to setbacks, access, utilities, HOA approvals, and site feasibility.
• Maintain spreadsheets, pricing matrices, contractor records, contact lists, and project trackers.
• Assist with calendars, meetings, emails, and general administrative tasks.
• Prepare summaries, research reports, notes, and progress updates for leadership.
• Follow up on outstanding bids, documents, permits, appointments, and actions items.
• Assist with additional business-development and operational projects as assigned.
