This contract role operates from 8:30 to 5:30 EST, Monday to Friday, with compensation ranging from $10 to $15 per hour. Responsibilities include processing acquisitions, acting as a customer representative, and ensuring timely settlements. Formación

• 2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry.
• High School Degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Great communication and computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure acquisitions are processed timely for quick market entry.
• Act as a representative to customers throughout the settlement process.
• Review and enter contracts into the CRM properly.
• Manage relationships with title companies for timely settlements.
• Assist with property marketing tasks.
