House Buyers of America is seeking a remote Transaction Coordinator to manage acquisitions and settlements efficiently. This role is contract-based, requiring work from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday, with a pay range of $10 to $15 per hour.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure acquisitions are processed timely for market.
• Act as a representative throughout the settlement process.
• Review contracts and ensure CRM entries are accurate.
• Manage relationships with title companies for timely settlements.
• Assist with property marketing and project completion.
• Support expansion into new geographic markets.
