Job summary

Petra Brands is seeking a TikTok Shop Creator & Affiliate Specialist to drive organic revenue growth across our US brand portfolio. The role is remote and combines content strategy with creator partnerships.

You will recruit US-based creators and micro-affiliates, manage outreach, optimize commissions, guide creators on best practices for organic TikTok content, and oversee sample lifecycle and performance tracking to boost GMV.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop Affiliate programs or US creator partnerships.
• Proven track record of scaling organic GMV via affiliate/creator seeding networks.
• Deep understanding of US creator culture and content trends.

Responsibilities

• Recruit US creators and micro-affiliates into Petra Brands TikTok Shop affiliate program.
• Manage high-volume outbound outreach via TikTok Shop Affiliate Center, DMs, email.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of US creators across beauty, lifestyle, consumer goods.
• Guide affiliate creators on best practices for organic TikTok content, including CTAs and product showcases.
• Analyze performance data to identify winning formats and share insights with the network.
• Ensure compliance with TikTok policies and brand standards.
• Oversee sample lifecycle and inventory tracking for US creators.
