About the Role

Our client is a US-based e-commerce agency that manages TikTok Shop growth for consumer brands. They are looking for a senior TikTok Shop Account Manager to own client accounts end to end: running shop performance and serving as the main point of contact for each brand. This is a senior, client-facing role. You will lead calls with brand owners, present results, and drive the growth strategy for every account you manage.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full TikTok Shop performance for multiple client brands, from shop operations and listings to promotions, affiliates, and ads
• Lead regular video calls with clients: present results, set GMV goals, and align on growth plans
• Build and run growth strategies for each account, including affiliate and creator programs, campaigns, GMV Max, and live shopping
• Turn performance data (GMV, conversion rate, affiliate output, ad efficiency) into clear recommendations that clients can act on
• Identify problems early, such as shop health issues, policy violations, or declining performance, and communicate them to clients with a plan to fix them
• Coordinate with the internal team on content, creators, and ads to execute each account's plan
• Stay ahead of TikTok Shop platform changes and bring new opportunities to clients

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop accounts (Seller Center, Affiliate Center)
• 4+ years in client-facing account management, ideally at an agency managing multiple accounts at the same time
• Proven track record of growing GMV for TikTok Shop brands, with results you can share
• Excellent spoken and written English (C1 or above). You will lead client calls independently
• Confident and natural on camera and video calls
• Strong command of performance data and reporting
• Full-time availability (40 hrs/week) aligned with US timezone
• Nice to have: GMV Max or TikTok Ads, live shopping, Amazon or Shopify, and experience with US-based brands
