You will lead brand calls, present results, and coordinate with internal teams to optimize listings, promotions, and ads. The role requires 2+ years in TikTok Shop account management and 4+ years in client-facing roles, with strong English communication and a proven GMV growth track record, all within a full-time remote

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop accounts (Seller Center, Affiliate Center).
• 4+ years in client-facing account management, ideally at an agency managing multiple accounts.
• Proven track record of growing GMV for TikTok Shop brands.

Responsibilities

• Own the full TikTok Shop performance for multiple client brands, from shop operations to promotions and ads.
• Lead regular video calls with clients to present results and align on growth plans.
• Develop and execute growth strategies including affiliate and creator programs, live shopping, and GMV Max.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations for clients.
