Job summary

Hire Emerald is seeking a Senior TikTok Shop Media Buying Specialist to lead performance and social commerce strategies for high-growth eCommerce brands. The role centers on maximizing GMV through Video Shopping Ads, Product Shopping Ads, and Live Shopping Ads within the TikTok ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will manage large advertising budgets, analyze performance data, and rapidly optimize campaigns. This is a fully remote opportunity requiring overlap with PST/EST hours and strong English

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Paid Social Media Buying.
At least 1 year of hands-on experience within the TikTok Shop ecosystem.
Proven experience managing $100K+ in monthly advertising spend.
Full professional English proficiency (written & spoken).

Responsibilities

Build, launch, manage, and optimize Video Shopping Ads and Product Shopping Ads within TikTok Ads Manager.
Develop paid media strategies to increase TikTok Shop GMV while maintaining profitability.
Optimize campaigns, bidding, audiences, budgets and creative performance.
Monitor Live Shopping ads and optimize in real-time during events.
Identify opportunities to improve paid vs organic TikTok Shop activity.
Scale affiliate content and GMV through Spark Ads and GMV Max.
Analyze ROAS, CAC, settled GMV and provide actionable recommendations.
