Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in TikTok content management, social media management, content strategy, or digital marketing.
• Proven experience managing TikTok accounts and developing content that generates meaningful engagement and audience growth.
• Experience with DTC, eCommerce, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands is highly preferred.
• A portfolio or examples of TikTok accounts you’ve managed and their performance results are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute TikTok content strategies aligned with brand objectives, audiences and growth goals.
• Create content calendars, publishing schedules, and campaign plans.
• Research trending formats, sounds, hashtags, creators and opportunities.
• Identify formats and concepts tailored to each brand’s identity and improve organic reach.
• Collaborate with Content Creators, Video Editors, Copywriters and Creative Strategists to produce videos.
